She has been a lecturer at Georgetown University, Washington, DC and University of Warsaw, Poland. She is also the author of a book on cross-cultural communications, "Shortcuts to Poland".
As a trainer, Laura works extensively with multi-national clients in Poland and central eastern Europe.

Klaudia is the co-owner of training and consultancy company Management Training Group, founded in 2009 and uses her sales and management experience to help organizations build successful business and sales strategies to achieve business results.
Klaudia’s career experience has been in IT companies and system integrators. She spent time in her early career in information system design and IT engineering and latterly in Sales and Sales Management with Hewlett-Packard.
As a Sales and Sales Management Professional, Klaudia has worked in both Management and Individual Contributor roles across many different functions, including direct sales, partner sales, sales management and partner channel management. Roles have been varied, commencing as a Sales Representative, and culminating as BU Country Sales Manager in Poland, accountable for leading a sales team. She also workedas as Strategic Alliance Sales Manager for Central Eastern Europe, developing and executing alliances sales strategies with global systems integrators such as Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte and KPMG.
Klaudia holds an M.Sc. in IT Systems from the Technical University of Wrocław. She also holds a degree from Warsaw University in Management. She is also a certified trainer of the Business Trainers School of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
Her clients range from small to large corporates, mainly in the technology, finance and service sectors.
John is is based in Warsaw, Poland and specializes in soft and communication skills.In addition to delivering training in public speaking and presentations, he plays a major role in business development, and handles new and key accounts, including clients such as Novartis, Tele2, Lafarge, and Lyreco.
John has worked as a teacher and trainer focusing on business communication for more than 10 years. He has travelled and lived in several countries of Central and Eastern Europe, and has an interest in the non-profit sector and democratic development, something he cultivates by serving on the boards of several NGOs.
